At Jeff Nippard Fitness, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your training gear and apparel. If your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of chalk, sweat, or signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
